The Ministry of labor launched the ministerial regulation, “Providing the Safety officer. personnel. agency and group of people to manage the Safety in the enterprise B.E. 2565 (2022), by virtue of section 5 paragraph 1 and section 13 of the Act of Safety ,Occupational Health and working environment. BE 2554 (2011) and the article 43 of this ministerial regulation requires to train the employee to be safety officer, Safety function manager or safety committee. this regulation requests employer to conduct training either by themselves or by the registered training company. The syllabus, qualification of trainer and training process include the evaluation mentions in the article 44 be conformed to the announcement of the Director General.
Objective
1. To improve employee’s knowledge and awareness for Roles and responsibilities of Safety Officer as mentioned by Law.
2. To improve employee’s knowledge and understating of Causes and losses of occupational hazard accidents in Workplace.
3. To improve employee’s knowledge and understating of Concepts, principles and methods of accident preventions and corrections in Workplace.
4. To improve employee’s knowledge and understating of Safety management and organization.
5. To Promote and support workplace safety Concept.
Qualifications
1. Participant must be appointed as a supervisor level or management level employee or Workplace Safety officer technical level, advanced technical level and professional level by the employer. 2. Participant must be qualifications or educational qualifications as specified in the Ministerial Regulations. 3. Must be Participate in the complete training of the entire course. 4. Must comply with the prescribed rules & regulations.
